How to switch prices without VAT / with VAT?
In all product categories and in the cart on the right above the products, it is indicated whether the prices are displayed without VAT or with VAT. By clicking on the button, the prices will switch within the entire e‑shop.
App or mobile view: In the goods category, the VAT information is displayed after clicking on Tools.
Forgotten password – how to reset password?
Under the login form, select the Forgotten password option. Fill in the ID number and e‑shop user's e‑mail (you can find your ID number in the Invoice header). Submit your details and follow the instructions.
If the specified address matches, an e‑mail with a verification link and a numerical code will be sent to it immediately. By clicking on the link, the e‑mail address will be verified and a form will open, where you can fill in a four‑digit code and a new password. Save new password and log in.
How to change contact details?
E-shop user e-mails can be changed after logging in on the My Account page. (The page link is also in the header via the user ID and in the footer.)
Customer contacts can be changed by sales representative and customer center.

How to become a Tekoo customer?
Under the fields for login, select the Registration option.
After filling out the form, you will receive a confirmation email. A sales representative will then contact you to verify all data for reliable shipment of goods and will complete the registration process.
How to register in the e‑shop?
Under the fields for login, select the Registration option.
After filling out the form, you will receive a confirmation e‑mail. You will receive the user data no later than the next working day.
Do I have to have a Company ID number for registration?
Yes. We sell goods only to business entities, usually to catering establishments and retail stores.
Do you also deliver goods to households?
No. We do not deliver goods to private individuals.

What areas do you ship to?
We will deliver the goods anywhere in the country directly to the establishment. We go to most customers every weekday, in the big cities up to twice a day, six days a week.
What is the minimum order value for free shipping?

How to make a purchase with a simplified tax document?
The option Issue a simplified tax document is in the Basket. The option cannot be selected at the same time as merging orders for the same delivery day.
Where can I find an already created order?
On the History page. (The link to the page can be found in the menu, under Products.)
How can I edit a submitted order?
On the History page, open Order Detail. In the footer, choose Edit. The order will be canceled and the products will be added to the Basket, where you can adjust their quantity, order for another delivery day, etc. Then it is necessary to complete the order.
An order can be changed (cancelled) only while it is in the "Created" state.
How can I cancel an order?
On the History page, open Order Detail. In the footer, choose Cancel order.

What e-documents do you issue?
We send delivery notes and invoices in PDF, ISDOC or BidXML by e‑mail immediately after they are issued. Request electronic documents from your sales representative or at the customer center.
Delivery notes and invoices in TXT, CSV or EDI can be downloaded from the e‑shop after the order has been dispatched. On the History page, open Order Detail. There are links to export documents in the Invoices or Delivery Notes section.
The classic PDF is only informative. You can import other formats into the warehouse and accounting system. The ISDOC format is only available for invoices, the similar BidXML format for both invoices and delivery notes.
Why are PDF invoices unreadable?
Apple classified the font used as a paid font. The optimal solution is to download any PDF Reader via the App Store, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, and use it to open the Invoice files.
If you have another problem with the legibility of documents, contact e-shop support.
Where can I find the QR code for payment?
On the History page, open Order Detail. In the Invoices section, there are QR codes for payment in the last column.
The QR code is available for order status Shipped.
